Tell your doctor if you are having side-effects; some side effects can include painful feet, sleeping difficulties, lethargy etc. Many side effects can be treated - sometimes they are an indication that the drug dosage needs to be changed, and sometimes, if the side effects are too hard to manage, the treatment may be changed. Ask about alternatives - many drugs and treatments are now available.
